The honey produced by Azienda Agricola Mannai Innocenzo is raw and unpasteurized, unlike industrial honey. It is not subjected to thermal treatments or extensive filtration: it retains enzymes, vitamins, polyphenols, and natural properties that make it a true ally of well-being, just like our precious Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
