It is the result of a careful selection of olives, produced with a blend of 100% Italian olives that vary from production to production depending on the vintage, harvested to the right degree of ripeness, and pressed within 24-48 hours of harvest.

Our 100% Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil is the natural juice of the best Italian olives, harvested and crushed at the right time and in the appropriate way, for this reason it retains all its properties, both organoleptic and nutritional.

Particular signs

A strong but delicate taste, with pleasant aromatic notes typical of fresh olive oil, with a sweet fruity aroma. It has a “green-yellowish” color with golden reflections.
Excellent on all dishes.

It is preferable to consume extra virgin olive oil in the same year of production, however keeping it in a cool and dry place away from heat sources, can be used well beyond the expiry date, established by law within 18 months of its bottling. Keep away from light and heat. The ideal temperature for its storage varies from 15º to 20º C.
